Product Description

RAVENOL Break-In Oil SAE 30 is the latest break in lubrication technology from Germany. Extensively engineered to offer extremely efficient wear control for critical engine parts during the breaking in of new, repaired, overhauled, and rebuilt high performance engines or classic engines. Contains high levels of ZDDP (zinc dithiphosphate) and highly refined mineral oils to allow for an improved surface mating and protection of internal rotating parts, tappets, flat tappets, rod journals, piston rings, valve guides, cams, and lifters.

Technical Characteristics and Features:

  • Very high levels of ZDDP
  • No friction modifier
  • Breaks the engine in as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Compatible with all types of gasoline, such as e85, methanol, and high-octane race fuels
  • No extra break in additive treatments or supplemental additives required

Application Notes:

RAVENOL Break-In Oil SAE 30 should be used in for the breaking in of new, repaired, overhauled, and rebuilt high performance engines or classic engines. It only be used in the engine a maximum of 620 miles. The particularly high levels of anti-wear additives offer extra protection during the critical break-in phase. Also pay attention to the requirements and recommendations of your engine builder during the break-in interval. High engine loads and speeds are to be avoided.
