Revamped RAVENOL Can Ready for the DTM Season Start

This weekend, during the DTM season kick-off, one of the Hockenheimring landmarks will shine with new splendour.

In the past weeks, the building constructed in 2014 was spruced up and decorated with new labels that also display – for the first time – the cooperation of the lubricant manufacturer based in Werther, East-Westphalia, and the Sahara Force India Formula 1 Team. RAVENOL Motorsport Director Martin Huning: “I’m looking forward to being back at Hockenheim and seeing our spruced-up can. Even more so as the label was redesigned based on our Formula 1 involvement. And although I have been at Hockenheim many, many times, the RAVENOL can still makes me turn my head every now and then. And as I was massively involved in the building project it is something very special to me. Nice to no see it in its new guise.”

When it comes to racing and technology, Huning mainly will be involved in the new Audi Sport Customer Racing Seyffarth R8 LMS Cup that will be held in the DTM support program. RAVENOL is official lubricant partner of the series and supplies the appropriate oil products as well as further resources for the cars.

From July 20th to 22nd, 2018, Formula 1 will make its German stop at the Hockenheimring. There, the German Formula 1 enthusiasts can witness the F1 race action live on site at RAVENOL’s partner circuit.
